Covid-19 Update: Business Listings for Community Volunteers

A group of community volunteers joined together through a Facebook group – https://www.facebook.com/groups/153354205832722/

They have set up a website which may be of interest to businesses: https://ccspenrith.co.uk/?fbclid=IwAR0_vXss_B7Ud5hkgYoMuKLAvYoFlDfcst77gF39w5itGIIa5ZtQp03T2sA

They are listing local businesses who are offering delivery or pickup services as well as listing opening times for businesses.

Please get in touch with them directly if you want to appear on the website – they only set it up yesterday so it is early days but potentially a valuable resource in the weeks to come.

In addition, please continue to send your updates to us at BID (either via email, Facebook @PenrithBID or Discover Penrith) so we can share details with the community.

We had a “Thank You” message this morning to say thanks for keeping the local community updated with what’s going on – so I wanted to pass that ‘thank you’ on to all the businesses who have already been in touch.

As always, if we can do anything to help your business at this difficult time, please let me know.
